This policy explains the general process for paid ReviewerREBLEx access. The exact price, access period, and inclusions shown to the buyer at purchase remain part of the transaction.
1. Before Payment
Members should review the package description, access duration, included features, system requirements, and these policies before paying. Questions should be raised before purchase whenever possible.
2. Refund Requests
A member who believes a charge was made in error, access was not delivered as agreed, or another legitimate purchase issue occurred should contact the platform through its official support channel and provide enough transaction information for validation.
3. Digital Access Already Delivered
Because the service provides digital paid content and account access, use of substantial paid materials may be relevant when evaluating a voluntary refund request. This does not remove any refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable Philippine law.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment
Verified duplicate payments or payment errors should be investigated and corrected through the appropriate payment channel and platform records.
5. Account Violations
Termination arising from serious account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, security abuse, fraud, or unlawful use does not automatically create a refund entitlement, subject always to applicable law.
6. Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, should normally be returned through an appropriate available payment method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy is not intended to waive or reduce rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Philippine law.
