These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ReviewerREBLEx Exam Guide. By purchasing access, receiving an account, or using the paid member area, the member agrees to these Terms.
1. Service
The platform provides digital reviewer lessons, multiple-choice practice questions, mock examinations, answer explanations, progress tools, and administrator announcements for REB examination preparation. It is an independent educational service.
2. Membership and Access
Paid access is personal to the registered member and is subject to the price, duration, and features disclosed for the purchased package. An account may not be sold, rented, transferred, publicly shared, or used to give unauthorized access to another person.
3. Account Security
Members must keep credentials confidential and should report suspected unauthorized access. The platform may use reasonable security measures and may require credential changes where account security is at risk.
4. Intellectual Property and Personal Study License
Original lessons, question banks, explanations, branding, interface elements, and other original platform materials are licensed to paid members for personal study. Unauthorized copying, bulk downloading, scraping, republication, resale, commercial distribution, or circumvention of access controls is prohibited. This clause does not claim ownership of laws, official government publications, or third-party materials.
5. Examination Materials
Practice content is not a promise of actual board-exam questions or a passing result. Members must consult official PRC information for current examination schedules, requirements, and instructions.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt unauthorized administrator access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, abuse another account, defeat security controls, or use automated tools to extract protected paid content contrary to these Terms or applicable law.
7. Payments, Access Period, Cancellation and Refunds
Price, access period, inclusions, payment method, and any special purchase conditions should be disclosed before payment. Refund requests are handled under the posted Refund Policy and applicable Philippine law. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these Terms.
8. Updates and Availability
Content and features may be corrected, expanded, reorganized, or updated, including when official examination coverage changes. Maintenance, hosting incidents, security work, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
9. Privacy
Personal information used for accounts, access management, support, security, and service administration is handled according to the posted Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data-protection requirements.
10. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material account abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security attacks, fraud, unlawful activity, or serious violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any process that may be required.
11. Limitation and Non-Waivable Rights
To the extent permitted by law, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular examination result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to Terms
The current version and update date will be posted here. Material changes affecting an existing paid membership should be communicated in a reasonable manner.
